A nice, solid pack containing ten .50 caliber cartridge for the Gallager carbine. These are the paper and brass foil cartridges. Made under Thomas Poultney’s patent of 1863. Pack has been opened using the tear-string. Top with printed label is separate from the remainder of the pack. Ten cartridges are good and the pack of percussion caps still rests between the layers.
