Very nice almost mint condition brown leather fuse pouch. The leather of the outer flap is soft and supple and clean. Sewn to the underside of the outer flap is a latch tab that shows only light wear. The tab is attached to the underside of the flap by a single line of stitching. Just above this line on the outside surface of the flap is a nice stamp that reads “U.S. WATERVLIET ARSENAL” in three lines. The interior flap is just as nice as the outer one. It is complete with both ears. The body of the box and the two belt loops on the back are also in fine shape. The bottom of the box has a brass, pear-shaped finial with a nice light patina on its surface.
