Wood block drilled with five holes for holding 12 second artillery fuses.
Pack still has the original light blue paper wrapper that reads in part “FRANKFORD ARSENAL / 1863 / 12 SECOND FUZES.” Wrapper still retains the five cloth pull-tabs.
Wrapper shows light wear and surface dirt. There is a small hole at bottom.
