Wood block drilled with five holes for holding 12 second artillery fuses. All five fuses still present.
Pack still has the original light blue paper wrapper that reads in part “FRANKFORD ARSENAL / 1863 / 12 SECOND FUZES.” Wrapper still retains the five cloth pull-tabs.
Wrapper shows moderate wear and surface dirt. Upper right corner of wrapper is missing and holes at bottom expose two of the fuses.
