Wrapper has browned with age and is in poor to fair condition. Three of the five 5-second fuses are present with three of the linen pull-tabs which open the pack.
Label reads “FRANKFORD ARSENAL 1863 5 SECOND FUSES” followed by instructions on how to open the pack.
