Stands approx. 5.00 inches high. Leather surface is excellent with hardly any wear. The body of the bumper and the pad at top are held together by the same type copper rivets found on wartime accoutrements. Bumper has an opening at bottom with pin for attachment purposes. Pin is present.
Leather is clean and in excellent condition throughout. Face is crisply stamped “ALLEGHENY ARSENAL 1863.”
