Pamphlet is titled “RULES FOR HOLY LIVING, WITH QUESTIONS FOR SELF-EXAMINATION.” Pamphlet runs 16 pages and guides the user into self-examination of love, prayer, fasting, meditation, actions, reproving sin, personal duty, relative duty and making progress in growth. The beginning instructs the reader on the substitutionary death of Christ. In large lettering on the back cover is “PRESENTED BY THE UNITED STATES CHRISTIAN COMMISSION.”

Condition of the item is poor to fair. There is some clear tape on most of the spine and the center pages are loose. There is also some chipping on the edges. Christian Commission items are not easy to get.
