Exhibits light wear & soiling, w/ one small chip, right edge of spine, Else VG, solid and attractive. As a part of Rhodes Division, Doles Brigade is best known for its role in bringing on the collapse of the Union 11th Corps at Gettysburg, July 1, 1863. At his death by a Yankee sharpshooter at Cold Harbor, Dole was succeeded in command by Colonel Cook of the 4th Georgia. Superb Georgia/ANV collectible. [JP]
