Aqua glass paneled bottle has applied top and polished pontil. Embossed lettering reads, “A.L. SCOVILL, CINCINNATI, DR. A. ROGERS LIVERWART TAR & CANCHALAGUA”. Bottle dates to 1848-1850’s as this is when Amon L. Scovill formed a partnership with Henry E. Morrill to market Dr. Roger's compound.
Bottle measures 8 ¼” tall by 3” wide. Very clear, no chips or cracks. [sl]
