Teal colored bottle has applied top. Both front  and back of bottle are embossed, “TWITCHELL / T / PHILAD^A”.  Irregularities and bubbles are present due to the hand blown process.

Bottle measures 7 ½” tall by 2 ½” at the base. Two small chips near “PHILAD^A” on one side.  [SL]
