Button depicts the eagle with "R" in the shield, intended for officers of riflemen units, who were skilled marksmen; they eventually evolved into modern sharpshooters. BM: "R & W. ROBINSON / (star) EXTRA RICH (star)" dm, inner solid ring. Nice even gilt patina; shank present & straight. Albert's RF20, Tice's RF222A1.
