An original piece of Confederate money, being the $2 CSA T-70 bill featuring Judah P. Benjamin on the right side. Engraved and printed by Keatinge & Ball. Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter H. Hand written serial number at top right, 70154. This particular note has considerable fading of the pink back ground on the front. The trim is slightly off center. Otherwise the printing is clear and the contrast good. No pin holes or serious wrinkling. [jet]
