Here is a $1 note from Polk County, Tennessee dated 1863. Bill measures approximately 5 ¼” wide x 2” tall. Paper is an orange-tan color and is in crisp condition; no folds, wrinkles or pin holes. Numbered and signed in ink. Clear printing with a small steam engine image at top.
