This Note was printed by “American Bank Note Company.” It is an unissued Note in crisp condition. There is a sailor on the left with New Orleans branch and a woman holding a dove on the right. Center vignette features several goddesses on a globe. The Note is also bilingual in English and French. Has red back with vignette of a man and green/red overprint.  [ws]
