Tyler/ Register of the Treasury.”  Terms of payment:  Full amount  Payable January 1872,  with interest payments of six per cent per annum payable on the first days of January and July in the years proceeding. The boon measures 9 x  12.5”, and comes matted in gray,  mounted in a 13.75 x 17” golden metallic, contemporary frame. The document exhibit very slight trace of fold marks. Else fine and highly attractive. Superb  display piece.
