OF NEGROES HIRED AND LAND RENTED ON THE 22ND JANUARY 1851 BELONGING TO THE ESTATE OF E. B. GRISHAM …” following this is a list of five slaves and who rented them and at what rate. At the bottom is also a list of land parcels rented along with costs and who rented them.

All writing is legible and the document is in good condition with only two horizontal fold lines.
