Also an extraordinary center-page montage of sketches from Harper’s Ferry, including stunning panoramic view of the “Junction of the Pomoac and Shenandoah Rivers, From the Cemetery Above Harpers Ferry,” sketched by eminent Harper’s Weekly artist A.R.Waud.
Exhibits mounting dots and light chipping along left margin, along with light traces of fold-marks. Else fine, w/smooth flat cover. Excellent late war issue, brimful of excellent illustrations. In protective sleeve, w/white card backing.
