Interior illustrations include sketches of “Paroling Rebel Prisoners in Greensboro”, and “Richmond Ladies Going To Receive Government Rations.” Plus much commentary concerning the Lincoln conspiracy trial with magnificent centerfold sketch of “The Court-Room at the Old Penitentiary, Washington, During the Trial of the Conspirators.”
