This knife looks to be homemade. It has a nice blade that meas. approx. 11.00 inches long and is 1.25 inches wide at the ricasso. The true edge is sharp and clean and free of nicks. The blade surface has some light scattered mottling and very light scattered pitting from age and storage.
The handle is a cylindrical piece of wood with an iron ferrule at bottom. The handle meas. approx. 4.75 inches long, including the ferrule and is approx. 1.00 wide across the top. Overall the knife meas. approx. 15.75 inches long.
