Brass cross-guard, with reverse twist finials, ferrule, gold plastic rectangular grip. Brass pommel cap with Soviet hammer & sickle & Star. Black leather sheath with brass tip & throat with two carrying rings. Blade, hilt assembly and scabbard exhibit minor scratches. Else VG and handsome. An unusual Soviet Navy collectible. [jp]
