Blued blade is double edged with a raised central ridge and meas. approx.6.75 inches long. The blade surface has moderate oxidation and light scattered pitting. Edges are free of nicks.
Elliptical blued guard is stamped with “SHEFFIELD” over “ENGLAND” one side of the grip.
Grip is of ribbed cast brass that has darkened with age and handling.
Leather scabbard has a brass finial but no frog. Scabbard body has a raised seam running down the back.
Overall condition of the scabbard and knife is good. [AD]
