Blade Etchings: “USN” in ribands, oak leaf with ropes, fouled anchor. Wing spread American eagle on deck gun. Obverse with circle of stars, anchor with patriotic shield, panoply of flags, spears. “WARRANTED TO CUT WROUGHT IRON” on ricasso. “P.D.L.”  on ricasso.

Grip: VF+ sharkskin with twisted wire.

Scabbard: None.

Condition, on a scale of 1 – 10:  Grip – 10; Blade – 8

Very nice patina on hilt; red leather ricasso washer intact.
