Size: 29.25 inch blade, 1.25 wide, .28 thick
Beautiful 5 pointed star over rays on the quillon. Spiral carved ivory grip and spiral twist knuckle bow. The blade is tri-color with gold decoration over blued back ground and panels of white etching with frosted background. The designs are foliate with a stand of arms and a federal shield. Blade has scattered areas of discoloration throughout. The scabbard is heavy sheet brass with foliate work in a semi-circle at the mounts and an American Eagle with 17 stars, arrows and olive branch. The drag area continues the foliate designs. Scabbard has numerous minor dents.
