Tin can for gunpowder is painted gold. Label reads, “HAZARD SMOKELESS / HAZARD POWDER CO. / NEW YORK / FOR SHOTGUNS ONLY”.  Reverse has directions and patent date of Aug. 22, 1893.

Can measures 3 ¼” x 6” X 1 ½”. Light surface rust is present on areas and black smudge is present on face of can.  [SM]
