Pistol is of apparent Continental origin. Consists of duel barrels, double hammers and double trigger configurations, all of which are of iron and mounted on a single wood pistol grip handle. Both sides of the breech block exterior exhibit engravings of floral designs.

Wood grip shows wear, as the original darkened surface finish has worn through to expose a much lighter wood body below. All metal surface areas are of a deep chocolate colored patina. Left side hammer cocks but does not stay in a locked position and nipple is dented.

This pistol comes housed in its original brown leather holster, which was designed for the double barrel configuration. The holster’s surface shows some over all rubbing, crazing and a 2 ½” stitching separation located at the inside seam.
