Complete brass spur that has darkened with age. The spur has both of its keepers both of which are slightly bent. The yoke itself has retained its form but the arm at rear is also slightly bent and missing its rowel.

This item was recovered by noted local relic hunter John Cullison, who excavated relics on the battlefield from 1935-1959; Cullison sold his collection to the famed Gettysburg Rosensteel family, who held the primary collection of Gettysburg artifacts.
