This large “clamshell” style tin powder flask is from the well-known Gettysburg Rosensteel family collection. The body of the flask meas. approx. 8.00 inches long x 4.75 inches at its widest. The body is in good condition with light wear and minor dents. The cap and spout are gone. Three of the four sling anchors remain but only one sling loop is present. [ad]
