Cane is made of bamboo and meas. approx. 36.50 inches long with a gnarled head. Cane is missing the tip at bottom and has two separations. One starts at the bottom and runs up the side 11.25 inches. The other starts 11.00 inches below the handle and runs 16.25 inches.
Stenciled on the side of the cane between the bamboo ridges is “GAR 1938 GETTYSBURG.”
Splits are stable and displaying the item will not hurt it. When wording is displayed the splits are not seen. [ad]
