Bullet is made of tin and shows an applied banner shaped decal that reads, “75TH ANNIVERSARY / BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG 1863-1938”.White metal piece holds the base of the pencil. Gold colored piece slides off and on for use.

Measures 3 ¼” long. Shows light surface rust and spotting in areas.  [sl]
