This small lot of relics consists of a Pattern 1826 cartridge box breastplate with a beautiful even dark patina on the face. Reverse has 75% of the lead fill but no hooks. Reverse has small tag that says “CIVIL WAR GETTYSBURG…”
Lot also contains the brass finial from a Model 1855 bayonet scabbard with a patina to match the breastplate, a dropped .58 Confederate Gardner bullet, two dropped round balls, a misfired .58 three ringer and a dropped three-ringer. [ad]
