Veteran’s ribbon with celluloid button on bottom. Red, white and blue ribbon is 3” long with a (broken) pin at the top. Printed in gold is “Annual Encampment St. Lawrence County Veterans Association Aug. 19-20 1903”. Attached to bottom of ribbon is a 1 ½” diameter celluloid button with twisted wire border. The button features an image of the New York State monument in the National Cemetery.
Other than the pin, this badge remains in very good condition with bright color and clear image on button. {jet]
