Recovered on the First Day’s field along Route 30 West by Country Club Rd. Button has a dark olive patina, complete with shank; backmark: “Waterbury Button Co.” Found by Ron Miller, local relic hunter and resident of Gettysburg, and brother of Ed Miller who at one time had an outstanding collection of Gettysburg relics.  [ws]
