Recovered on the Emmitsburg Road near the position of the 15th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry (Codori Farm). Complete with shank; nice dark olive patina. Backmark: “Scovill Mfg. Co. /Waterbury”.” Recovered by local resident and relic hunter Ron Miller. He was the brother of Ed Miller, well known local relic hunter who amassed a large Gettysburg collection.  [ws]
