Tin case covered in celluloid houses a cloth tape measure. Top of case shows a colorful image of the Jennie Wade House. Underside of case shows an image of General Meade’s Headquarters. Spring mechanism does not function for tape to go in and out of case. Instead, tape is wound around outside of case.
