This file folder features a stamp that reads "MAJ: E.M. TODD. C.S. C.S.A." The file slots feature the twelve months of the year. Two of the files are torn on the edges. The folder measures 10 inches long, 5.5 inches wide, and 1.75 inches tall.
A brief amount of research was done but did not reveal any further information other than confirming that E.M. Todd did enlist as a Major, date unknown, and served in the CS Field & Staff. Further research certainly a possiblity.
