CDV shows President Andrew Johnson seated in a high-backed chair. The lower mount has a nice period ink inscription that reads “PRES. ANDREW JOHNSON.” Image is clear with good contrast. Paper and mount have light surface dirt.
Reverse has photographer’s imprint for E. & H. T. ANTHONY and states the image is from a Brady negative.
