Antique surgeon's bloodletting medical fleam bleeder with two blades. The outer sleeve is brass and the blades are steel.

English made, with three lines of markings on one blade. First line is not discernable. Second and third lines read, “CASTEEL FLEAMS, SHEFFIELD”.

Size: Closed 3”long, 1” wide. Both blades are about 3” long.

Exceptional condition.
