Overall the bit is clean with only some light scattered surface rust. The surface of the bit looks as though it may have been plated at one time but most of that has worn off.
Both of the brass “US” rosettes are present. One has a small area of dark discoloration.
Port and arm are stamped “US.”
Both “O” rings are present. [ad]
