Non-dug nice conditioned Pattern 1826 eagle breast plate meant for wear on the cartridge box sling. The face has a good strike with clear details to the eagle. The face has darkened some from age and there is also some dark discolorations but these do not detract from the plates pleasing appearance.
The reverse has 100% of the lead fill and both iron loops.
