This insignia is a number “1” inside a oak wreath. The number and wreath are constructed of bullion thread that has tarnished some over the years. The wreath is actually done in two different types of bullion thread, on lighter and one darker. The stitching is done on a black felt oval backing. Insignia meas. approx. 2.25 x 1.75.
Item is in good condition.
