Belt is made of buff leather dyed black and is in excellent condition. The leather surface is clean.
One end of the belt has unused holes and slits for attaching a belt plate while the other end has the brass keeper and four unused size-holes.
The reverse side of the leather remains white and has just some light surface dirt and discolorations consistent with age and storage.
