This is a very good leather percussion cap pouch. The leather throughout the box is very pliable allowing the flaps to open. Minor crazing on small random areas of surface finish. The outer flap is complete and without tears and has integral closing tab. Tab is unbroken. The interior flap has both ears sewn in place and features faint oval sub-inspector’s stamp as well as the maker’s stamp, “R. NECE”. The body of the box is in very nice condition and contains the full fleece and a pick. Bottom has pointy brass finial. Reverse has both belt loops which are complete and untorn. Belt loops are stitched and riveted. Stitching throughout is tight and unbroken. This is a very attractive cap pouch with maker’s stamps. [jet]
