The leather surface of this box is smooth and supple with only light signs of use.
The outer flap has an excellent embossed “US” and a solid and complete latch tab that is attached by a rivet and single line stitching. There are some scattered surface rubs but they are minor.
Inner flap has both ears and light surface dirt scattered over its face. Maker’s mark is good and reads “H. A. HAEDRICH / PHILADA.”
Both tins are present in the interior. Implement pocket is excellent.
Bottom edge of the box has both roller buckles and brass finial.
Reverse has both belt and sling loops. [ad]
