Cage crinoline, 29" long, 80" circumference at bottom edge, six vertical 1⅝" wide woven tapes, 25 thread covered steels, woven tape waistband accommodates 22"-24" waist – buckle missing, leather facings at front opening. Waistband is marked “25” for the number of steels.  Left front facing marked between top to steels with “SLE” and “1.45”.
