Iron bank is in good working condition. It shows a uniformed soldier standing alongside a cannon that is facing a stone fort. When coin placed in cannon, cock released, and lever released, the coin fires at the fort, and the soldier moves his arm as though to say "Fire!" Stamped on underside with patent date of May 31, 1892. Iron stopper to release coins is patent dated Feb. 2, 1882.
Base of bank measures 7 ¾” wide by 3 7/8” deep. Height measures 6”. [sl]
