Regulation U.S. issue tin cup with wire-bail handle. Surface is mostly rust covered inside and out with areas of original tin finish showing through. Possibly an early battlefield pick up. Complete and very sturdy. Soldier’s information is scratched on bottom of the cup in three lines. Random letters can be seen, but the whole name is a jumble amid other scratches. “Co. K” is visible in the middle line. Possible research project for a person with good eyes. [jet]
