Watch has a silver case engraved with a panoply of flags with a cannon barrel standing vertically at center flanked by crossed horns with a pyramid of cannonballs at center and all is surrounded by a wreath interspersed with flowers. The reverse of the case is blank. At top is the stem and fob loop.
Upon opening the front there is a white face with black Roman numerals and a delicate hour hand. The minute hand and second hand are gone. The crystal is also gone but the bezel for it is present. The back panel opens for winding and setting. The back panel is engraved “PATENT LEVER/FULL JEWELLED/ HANDS F29423/T. F. COOPER/LONDON.”
The watch does need a good bit of repair but the wonderful military engraving on the front makes it a great piece for display.
