Album is covered with brown leather with a gold linear border on the covers and spine. The center of both the front and back covers have a deep scalloped recess decorated with gold leaf scrollwork on the raised areas. The bottom of the recess is outlined with stamped dots. Spine is decorated with lines and embossed geometric diamonds. “PHOTOGRAPHS” is strongly stamped in gold. Cover and spine edges show wear from age. Bottom of spine has slight edge separations. Album meas. approx. 9.50 x 6.50 inches. Both brass clasps are present on the front.

Binding is tired with front signature holding on by one strand and back signature separated completely. Pages are gold edged. Interior has title page showing the album was produced by John Edwin Potter of Philadelphia. Table of contents page is blank. Album has 15 pages with two slots in each. Each slot can hold 2 cdvs.  [ad]
