Full length view of Linus, a dark colored horse with spectacular, long white mane and tail.  “E. P. Oliver, 325 Washington St., Boston.”  Detailed information about Linus on the reverse indicates that he was bred in Marion, OR and was owned by C.H. & H.W. Eaton. At the time that the photograph was taken, he was 7 years old, weighed 1435 lbs., his foretop measured 8’ 9”, his mane was 9’ 9” long, and his tail was 12” 3” in length.

Overall very fine condition; light soiling throughout, minor wear to corners & edges.    [ld]
