Waist up view of woman with white cap. Image is clear with good contrast. Some light surface dirt on the image, with some oxidation on the right and bottom edge of plate.

Image comes housed in decorative mat and frame in full cloth case. Case is intact, with both sides attached. Inside of left side is lined with embossed red velvet, which has a dark spot on the center right.
